Unlike Marc du Jura, Fine is made from the last juices that Tissot obtained while pressing the grapes for the Crémant, called "rebêche", which are aged in casks and then distilled. After distillation, the alcohol is aged for 15 years in oak barrels in the Domaine's cellars, this is a limited edition bottling.
