100% Gewurztraminer from vines grown biodynamically, planted on the Clos des Capucins and the neighbouring parcels, on gravel, sandy loam terroir on a bed of pebbles. Flat terroir at the entrance of the valley, well protected from the wind by the surrounding hills. Manual harvest at maturity. Vinification: direct pressing of the whole bunches in a pneumatic press, indigenous yeasts, 10 months of aging in old wooden casks.
