Tremendous complexity with notes of quince, candied citrus fruits, exotic fruits... A fat and powerful wine but very fresh and salivating, soft in its texture but dry, without residual sugars, beautiful acidity. Almost Burgundian in its aesthetic, but for a fraction of the price! Gorgeous.

100% Pinot Gris from 15-year-old biodynamic vines planted at the bottom of the Marckrain Grand Cru, facing Eeast, which presents very stony, limestone soils. Manual harvest. Vinification: direct pressing, indigenous yeasts, fermentation and aging for 14 months in 228-litre barrels, with 50% new oak.
