100% Riesling from vines grown biodynamically and planted below the Grand Cru, between 225 and 250 meters above sea level, on a gentle slope facing South, on a marl-limestone terroir. Manual harvest at maturity. Vinification: gentle pressing of the whole bunches, in a pneumatic press, settling by decantation, indigenous yeasts, 10 months of aging in stainless steel vats before bottling at the Domaine without fining or filtration, sensible use of sulfites.
