100% Fer Servadou from organic vines, planted in 2014 by Vincent in Aveyron on a 20-acre parcel of relatively deep granite soil, which he nurtures year-round. Hand-harvested and vinified at the No Control winery in Auvergne: gentle infusion, aged in vats, bottled in April 2023, with no fining or filtration, and no added sulfites.

Vincent Marie participated in the creation of an annual natural wine fair in Caen, and over the years, the meetings he’d have there with winemakers such as Claude Courtois would eventually instil in him a desire to make wine himself.
