100% Gamay from 55-year-old organic vines planted on the Les Blémonts single-plot, with a terroir mixing granite, sands and flint. Manual harvest, with yields around 35 hl/ha. Vinification: in whole bunches, carbonic maceration for 18 days, fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Soft pressing, 10 months of aging, half in vats and half in old casks. Bottled at the estate without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulfur at bottling.

The estate has now 23 hectares of vines in the Beaujolais, Chénas, Morgon and Moulin-à-Vent appellations. Respectful cultural...
