Pet Nat - 2022 - Raphaël Saint-Cyr
Domaine Saint-Cyr
A natural sparkling rosé which offers us a fine and fresh bubble, on notes of white peach, strawberry, cantaloupe. Perfumed palate, surprising and really addictive texture, creamy, a dry wine with a mineral finish.

100% Gamay from vines grown organically, the grapes were purchased from Raphaël's brother-in-law, on a vineyard planted on clay-limestone soils. Manual harvest. Vinification: direct pressing, start of fermentation in vats and bottled early with residual sugars, in order to create effervescence in the bottle. Aged on slats, disgorged on the 15th of March, 2023. Not fined, not filtered, zero added sulfites.
