Raisins Gaulois - 2023 - Mathieu et Camille Lapierre
Domaine Marcel Lapierre
An essential thirst-quencher, a wine to share with friends over an apéritif, slightly chilled, with some charcuterie and laughs. On the palate, this Gamay is an explosion of red fruits with lots of freshness and huge drinkability.

100% Gamay from vines that are around 20 years old, grown organically and planted on a 9-hectare parcel of poor, granitic sandy soils. Harvested by hand, with sorting in the vineyard and in the cellar. Natural vinification: in whole bunches, semi-carbonic maceration for 4 to 6 days, without additives. Aged around two months in vats. Unfined and unfiltered, bottled at the Estate with just a micro-dose of sulfur.
