100% Sauvignon Blanc from young vines grown organically and planted on the estate in 2008. Manual harvest. Vinification: destemming, 21 days of maceration of the berries in vats, pressing, aging for 8 months in casks, without new oak. Bottled at the estate without fining or filtration, without any addition of sulfites.

Raphaël Saint-Cyr is at the head of Domaine Saint-Cyr, located in Anse in Beaujolais. The history of the family estate dates back to 1949, when Pierre Saint-Cyr, Raphaël's great-grandfather, settled on this small farm. How far they’ve come over the generations!
