100% Gamay, from organically grown vines. It is a cuvée produced from purchased grapes. Philippe markets cuvées that he vinifies from start to finish, bottled by friends who sometimes have neither the time nor the network to market them. For Une Tranche Made in Chenas, we are at Louis-Damien Bouchacourt's in La Chapelle de Guinchay. Bottled on the 25th of October 2021, without added sulfites.
