Beaune "Grand Cœur" - 2022 - Maxime Dubuet Boillot
Domaine Dubuet Boillot
A few words from the winemaker: "A beautiful aroma of ripe berries is instantly apparent on the nose and on the palate. It's a salivating wine, very chiselled, with a lovely freshness brought by the young vines."

Vinification: 80% of the harvest is destemmed, maceration with pumping over and punching of the cap, pressing, 14 months of aging in French oak barrels, 20% of which are new oak. Bottled at the estate with a micro-dose of sulphur.
Maxime Dubuet-Boillot
Maxime Dubuet-Boillot, child of the 1989 vintage and grandson of a farmer from Corberon and a vigneron from Volnay, first turned his back on his family vineyards before finally returning to them for good. Maxime’s career began not in wine but auto racing, working as a mechanic for The 24 Hours of Le Mans. He pursued that passion for 10 years before heeding the call of his winegrowing roots....
