A 100% Aligoté cuvée made from 50-year-old vines farmed organically and planted on two parcels: Les Précharons in Prémeaux-Prissey and La Rupille in Prissey, on clay soils. There is natural grassing between the vines, which are thinned out early in the season to accustom the berries to the sun. Vinification: direct pressing then transfer by gravity into stainless-steel vats for alcoholic and malolactic fermentation and 10 months of maturation. Bottled at the estate with sensible use of sulphur.

Morgan and Julie Truchetet, brother and sister, took over Domaine Truchetet from their father Jean-Pierre in January of 2019. Together, they represent the fifth generation to lead Domaine Truchetet.
