Aligoté from a parcel of 30 ares located at the vineyard site Les Genouvrées, with fossil-rich white soils over limestone, and 30-year-old vines, at 320 metres altitude. Cultivated biodynamically, with ploughing of the soil, and harvesting by hand in small crates. Vinification: direct pressing, cold settling, vinified in 350-litre barrels, and matured 20 months on the lees, with 30% in stainless steel vats and 70% in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled on the 27th of May 2024, without fining nor filtration, zero added sulphur.
