100% Pinot Noir from biodynamic vineyards planted on one hectare in Volnay, in the lieu-dit called "Les Longbois" , as well as on 2.28 hectares of vines planted in Puligny-Montrachet. Manual harvest at maturity and controlled yields. Vinification : soft maceration, pressing in a pneumatic press, one year of maturation in wood with a maximum of 20% new barrels, then 6 months of maturation in stainless steel tanks.
Etienne de Montille personifies the Domaine de Montille, the celebrated estate in Volnay whose origins date back to the 1750s.
