Pinot Noir from vines cultivated biodynamically and planted in 1970 on a 0.17-ha parcel of the clay-limestone soils that make up the excellent terroir of Morey Saint Denis. The origin of this Clos is ancient, it was the property of the collegiate church of Saint Denis de Vergy, founded in 1023. The soil is ploughed by horse and the grapes harvested by hand. Vinification: 30% whole bunches of grapes, 16 months of maturation in new oak barrels. Not fined or filtered, bottled in accordance with the lunar calendar and with a light dose of sulphur.
