A Pinot Noir from 8 parcels spread across 3 hectares, all very well situated climats: En Dérée (mid-slope), Champérrier (brings density and texture) including vines from 1913, Clos de Combe (bringing firmness), La Petite Jouise (finesse), Vigne Belle (which are indeed beautiful, flourishing vines). Vinification: traditional, without SO2, with indigenous yeasts and gravity... The fruit of environmentally respectful viticulture.
