Le Saugeot - 2022 - Talloulah et Hugo Mathurin
Domaine de Cassiopée
A stunning bottle with an atypical nose (in a good way!) for a red Maranges, showcasing mineral, smoky, and fruity notes, especially cherry, with a subtle hint of oak. On the palate, it’s pure, elegant, and delicately tangy, leading to a fresh, long finish.

Bottled without fining or filtration, and with just a micro-dose of volcanic sulfur added before bottling (1 g/hl).
