Champagne
3C - Jérôme Bourgeois - Magnum
Bourgeois-Diaz
Always a very beautiful Champagne, with notes of orchard fruits, biscuit, honey, and citrus. The palate shows lovely tension, with fine bubbles; it’s a fruity cuvée, smooth and easy to drink.

Champagne made from the region’s three main grape varieties: 40% Pinot Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir, and 20% Chardonnay, from biodynamic vines certified by Demeter. 35% of this cuvée comes from the 2021 harvest, complemented by 65% reserve wines from 2020. Hand-harvested. Direct pressing in a traditional Coquard press, with vinification half in oak barrels and half in stainless steel vats. Aged on laths, disgorged on the 22nd of May 2024, zero dosage.
Jérôme Bourgeois
Jérôme Bourgeois, child of the ’77 vintage, is a very dynamic vigneron, born into a family of champagne producers with a history four generations deep. The 7-hectare estate is made up of some 20 parcels scattered around the town of Crouttes-sur-Marne, halfway between Reims and Paris. Jérôme took over the vines at the beginning of the 2000s from his parents, who had never bottled much wine...
