Always a very beautiful Champagne, with notes of orchard fruits, biscuit, honey, and citrus. The palate shows lovely tension, with fine bubbles; it’s a fruity cuvée, smooth and easy to drink.

A champagne crafted from the three main grape varieties of the region: 40% Pinot Noir, 35% Pinot Meunier, and 25% Chardonnay, sourced from biodynamically farmed vines certified by Demeter. Handpicked grapes, with 35% from the 2021 harvest and 65% from reserve wines of 2020. Direct pressing in a traditional Coquard press, vinified 50% in stainless steel tanks and 50% in oak barrels, with aging on the laths. Disgorged on the 22nd of March 2024, with no dosage added.
