The majority of this cuvée is made up of Pinots (Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier) due to frost damage affecting the Chardonnay. Grapes were harvested from Aÿ, Dizy, and Hautvilliers (75% of the blend) with 25% from Avize and Oiry. Handpicked between September 12th and 22nd, the quality of the fruit was exceptional. Vinified in casks with the addition of some reserve wines, aged on lees in foudres, and over four years on laths, with a dosage of 1.5 grams per liter. Disgorged in Spring 2024. Unfined, unfiltered, with very light sulfites.
