100% Pinot Noir from vines cultivated organically and planted in 1993 on a low east-facing slope with deep, reddish-brown limestone soils over chalky loam. Hand-harvested on September 15, 2015, the grapes are perfectly ripe and healthy, showcasing beautiful balance. Vinification and aging occur in large casks on the lees. Extended bottle aging on laths for nearly seven years. Non-fined, unfiltered, zero dosage, disgorged in March 2023.
