A dry red wine from Champagne! This cuvée and particular vintage blends 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Pinot Meunier, sourced from biodynamic vineyards on the slopes of Crouttes-sur-Marnes. The vines are cover-cropped, hand-harvested at maturity, with controlled yields. Vinification: carbonic maceration of the whole clusters for 7 days, pressing in a traditional Coquard press, and 10 months of aging in old barrels. Bottled without filtration on the 27th of July 2023.
