A Blanc de Noirs blend of 40% Pinot Noir and 60% Pinot Meunier from biodynamic vineyards (the 7-hectare estate is Demeter certified) planted on clay-limestone soils in the hills of Crouttes-sur-Marnes. Hand-harvested. Composed of 55% from the 2021 vintage, complemented by 45% reserve wines from the 2020 vintage. Direct pressing in a traditional Coquard press, with 55% vinification in oak barrels and 45% in stoneware. Aged on laths, disgorged on the 22nd of May 2024, without dosage.
