100% País from vines planted in the Maule region, 400 km south of Santiago, covering a total of two hectares on sandy, decomposed granitic soils. The vines are dry-farmed, untreated, and grown in organic farming, though not certified. Manual harvesting, direct pressing, and 8 months of aging in tanks on fine lees. Bottled without fining or filtration, with just a micro-dose of sulfur at bottling.

Louis-Antoine Luyt was born in the Breton coastal city of St Malo some forty years ago. Following a handful of formative viticultural experiences alongside the likes of Philippe Pacalet and Marcel Lapierre, he finally moved to Chili, and settled in Cauquenès, 400 km south of Santiago de Chile.
