A blend of Bianco Gentile, Vermentino and Genovese from biodynamically grown vines planted on sandstone soils facing south/southeast. Hand-harvested in several passes to ensure optimum ripeness. Vinification: total de-stemming, 48 to 72 hours of prefermentary cold maceration, pressing, 20 months of aging in egg-shaped concrete vats. Bottled on the estate without filtration or fining, 4 to 6 months of bottle aging in the estate cellars.
