Blend: 70% Sciaccarello, 20% Niellucio and 10% Carcaghjolu Neru, from biodynamic vines certified by Demeter, planted on South/Southeast-facing sandstone soils. Hand-harvested, yields of 30 hl/ha. Vinification: partial de-stemming, 45 days of maceration in 40 hl casks with daily manual punching down, pneumatic pressing, 18 months of aging. Bottled on the estate, without fining and after light filtration.

Manu Venturi, child of the 1975 vintage, born in Corsica to an oenologist father, is his worthy successor at Domaine Vico and Clos Venturi, in the heart of Haute-Corse.
