Blend of 70% Merlot, 10% Carignan, 10% Grenache and 10% Pinot Noir from biodynamic vines planted on the Conca de Barbera terroir. The different varieties are harvested separately on their respective plots, then they macerate for 15 days and ferment on their own before being blended in vats. Six months of aging in stainless steel vats. Bottled without fining or filtration, and always without added sulphur.
