100% Teroldego from biodynamically grown vines, planted on a soil of limestone, sandstone and granite. Manual harvest. Vinification: mostly whole bunches, partial carbonic maceration, fermentation and maturation for 10 months in vats. Unfined, unfiltered, bottled with a micro dose of sulphites in order to protect the wine.
