A fine Muscat nose, with notes of almond, honey, and orange blossom. Palate: a dry wine, fruity and intense, very aromatic, with lovely bitter notes on the finish.

A blended cuvée of 40% Albanello and 60% Muscat d'Alexandrie from vines of 15 years in average, and grown organically. The parcels are North facing at an altitude of 280 meters. Manual harvest between the last week of September and the first ten days of October. Vinification: grapes are 100% destemmed, two weeks of maceration of the berries, with indigenous yeasts, and juices handled by gravity. Matured for 6 months in concrete vats, neither filtered nor fined. Bottled at the Estate with just a tiny pinch of sulfur.
