A blend of equal parts of Chardonnay, Trousseau and Pinot Noir, from vines grown organically and harvested by hand on the 27th of August 2020, at the very start of the harvest. Direct pressing, rapid alcoholic fermentation (only two weeks), start of secondary fermentation in bottle by adding juice from the end of the 2020 harvest. Aged on laths for 14 months, disgorged on the 1st of December 2022. Unfined, unfiltered, without added sulfites.
