100% Chardonnay, made with organic grapes purchased from the Jura region, harvested manually in the commune of Saint-Agnès and vinified in Saint-Romain in Fred’s winery. Direct pressing (slow and gentle to be respectful of the fruit), followed by 12 months of maturation in egg-shaped concrete vats. Neither fined nor filtered, zero added sulphur.

Frédéric Cossard and his partner Laure founded their estate in 2006, while also beginning to buy grapes from multiple historic appellations: Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Pommard, Chambolle-Musigny, Vosne-Romanée, and even the Jura.
