A blend of 70% Trousseau, 20% Pinot Noir and 10% Ploussard, from vines planted on two side-by-side plots in the Bersaillin commune, on clay-loam soils. The three grape varieties were harvested by hand on the same day. Vinification: total de-stemming, 15 days of maceration, one year of aging in stainless steel vats. Bottled at the estate at the end of August 2023, without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulfur.

Anne Petitot is at the head of the young Domaine de La Bouchaude, in Bersaillin, in the Côtes du Jura appellation.
