A liqueur wine crafted from organically farmed Savagnin and Chardonnay vines, planted on Pupillin’s marly soils and harvested by hand. The natural vinification process is kept under wraps, as the legend of Pierre Overnoy speaks for itself. All we’ll reveal is that this is an entirely natural wine, fortified with grape marc before fermentation completes, aged in barrels, and bottled at the Domaine on September 26, 2019, without fining, filtration, or added sulfites.
