80% Macabeu, from century-old vines grown on stony limestone clays, facing south ; and 20% grenache Gris from young vines. The estate is certified organic. The soil is lightly tilled twice a year, and grapes are harvested by hand with small crates, and only in the morning. Vinification: direct pressing, fermentation and aging in barrels that have seen several wines, blend of the two grape varieties one month before bottling. Bottled in April 2023 with a micro dose of sulphur.
