Languedoc
A dark, rich, and complex juice, with notes of evolution, prunes, and mint... Palate: lovely balance, a refined wine, silky, with notes of cacao... In the glass, on the palate, this is a huge wine.
A blended of 70% Syrah and 30% Mourvèdre from old vines, grown biodynamically and planted on clay-limestone soils with presence of rolled pebbles. Manual harvest, ultra low yields of 10-15 hl/ha. Natural vinification, soft extraction, aged for 24 months in barrels and matured for at least three years in bottle at the estate.
