L'Estrade - 2023 - Maxime Magnon
Domaine Maxime Magnon
On notes of white fruits, lots of pear and peach, enhanced with citrus fruits. Palate: a beautiful fat and roundness balanced by a fine acidity, subtle minerality, long and lemony finish.

Blend of half Grenache Blanc and half Bourboulenc from vines of 40 years old on average, grown organically and planted on white marl soils with decomposed limestone. Manual harvest. Direct pressing, separate vinification of the two grape varieties because of their different maturity, fermentation and aging in casks that have seen several wines. The blending of the juices was done two months before bottling. Not fined, nor filtered, bottled at the estate at the Spring 2024. Very low dose of sulphur.
