Grenache Noir from the La Made et Guitart parcels. The whole estate is certified organic. Manual harvest in small crates, only in the morning. Vinfication: maceration of the full bunches for 10 days, soft and slow pressing in order to keep the fruity aromas. End of fermentation in tanks and aging for 6 months in barrels that have seen around five wines. Bottled in spring, zero sulphur added!
