Blend of 72% Grenache Blanc and 28% Rolle from vines grown biodynamically by Clodéric Prade at Domaine d'Eriane, on plots of yellow marls located in Saint-Mamert-du-Gard. Harvesting is done manually by Imogen and Robin. Natural vinification: direct pressing, settling by gravity, fermentation at low temperature. 8 months of aging on the lees, 70% in vats and 30% in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled at the estate without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur.
