A blended cuvée: 40% Grenache Noir, 40% Cinsault, 10% Carignan and 10% Syrah from a vineyard grown organically, situated at the heart of the Hautes Corbières, at 200 metres altitude. The vines are planted on schist and clay-limestone soils. Grapes are harvested by hand, with little crates. Bottled at the Estate without fining or filtration.
