New blend for this vintage: 85% Mourvèdre, 15% Muscat Petit Grains, from organically farmed vines planted in the lieux-dits of Le Rieu and La Made. Manual harvest. Vinification: vatting and maceration in whole-cluster for both varieties, gentle pressing, with fermentation finishing in barrels, followed by a short 5-month aging in barrels that have seen five wines. Unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulfites.
