100% Muscat Petits Grains. From 40-year-old vines grown on stony limestone clays, facing north. The estate is certified organic. The soil is lightly tilled twice a year, and grapes are harvested by hand with small crates, only in the morning. Vinification: 50% whole bunches and 50% destemmed, 7 days of skin maceration. Maturation for 7 months in fiber vats. Bottled at the Estate on the 2nd of April 2024 without fining or filtration, zero added sulfites.
