Syrault = blend of Syrah + Cinsault, from vines grown organically and certified in the process of converting to biodynamics by Demeter; grown by Lionel and Alain Prunet from the La Coste du Puy estate in Roquemaure. A negociant cuvée, with manual harvesting done by Imogen and Robin. Natural vinification: total destemming, 7 days of maceration without forcing the extraction, 8 months of aging in stainless steel vats. Bottled at the estate without fining or filtration, zero added sulfites.
