100% Muscat Petit Grains from organically farmed vines planted in the La Made and La Bouchèire plots, on the alluvial plains of La Palme. Hand-harvested in crates, only in the morning. Vinification: 8-day carbonic maceration with whole clusters, followed by finishing fermentation in barrels and aging on gross lees for 6 months in barrels that have seen around five wines. Bottled in spring 2024 with zero added sulfur!
