Marc’s little touch of madness ("grain de folie"! in French) shines through with notes of strawberry, peach, grapefruit, and a hint of rose. On the palate, it’s a deliciously enticing rosé—charming and convivial, with a fine, zesty backbone that carries real depth. Perfect for sharing!
A blend of 80% Syrah, 15% Carignan, and 5% Mourvèdre from organically farmed vines, planted on parcels in the Pech-Redon, La Made, Le Rieu and Vitteroux area, on a terroir of alluvial terraces on the bank of the La Palme's pond. Manual harvest in small crates, only in the morning. Vinification: direct pressing, light settling of 12 hours to keep the substance, fermentation and maturing in fiberglass vats, on lees, for 6 months. Bottled at the beginning of Spring, unfined, unfiltered, with just a micro-dose of sulfur before bottling.
