A blended cuvée of Grenache (70%) and Cinsault (30%), from vines grown organically and planted at 400 metres altitude on clay-limestone soils. Harvesting is done by hand with small crates. The grapes are destemmed then placed in vats 10 days, followed by a maturation of 10 months in vats. Unfined, unfiltered, little sulphur in order to protect the wine.
