Brother - 2023 - Olivier Le Beau
Le Beau Domaine
Vibrant nose of raspberry, redcurrant, and floral notes. The palate is lively, sparkling, with great freshness and a fine texture. Delicate bubbles and a subtly tangy, fruity finish. A pétillant naturel to share with ease.

100% Cabernet Franc from old vines planted in 1984 on a micro-plot with schist soils at the entrance and sandstone soils at the end of the parcel. Organic farming and manual harvest. Natural winemaking: direct pressing, fermentation starts in tanks. Bottled in late October 2023 with residual sugars to create bottle fermentation. Aging on laths, disgorged in summer 2024. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfur.
