Pure pleasure, straightforward nose of yellow apple, peach and citrus. The perfect wine for Spring time, aromatic and fresh, a Loire Chenin on the natural side, exactly as we love it.
A cuvée produced only during certain vintages, 100% Chenin from vines grown organically and harvested by hand, this is a blend of several direct pressings of the usual La Roche, Rouchefert and Roche Bézigon cuvées. Vinified in vats and aged for a very short time in vats as well, it was bottled at the end of November 2023, just like a primeur wine! No fining, no filtration, zero added sulfites, just grapes and nothing else!
