Generous and complex nose, definitely a wine for meditation: apricot, honey, candied orange, white flowers, mineral hint... Soft and rich with its 69 grams of residual sugars/litre, the refreshing acidity is superb and balances the wine beautifully.

A rare and sought-after wine, produced only in the best vintages. 100% Chenin from vines farmed biodynamically, planted on soils of flinty clay over tufa stone. Late harvest after several sortings of the remaining few bunches. Vinification: after pneumatic pressing and natural cold settling, the wine ferments with indigenous yeasts, then matures on its fine lees in barrels for 6 months. Bottled at the estate in March 2021 with a small dose of sulphur.
