100% Gamay from organic vines (part of the harvest is currently undergoing organic conversion), harvested by hand. Natural vinification: whole bunches, 10 days of carbonic maceration without forcing the extraction, gentle pressing, blending of free-run juice and press juice, aged in vats for 9 months, bottled at the estate in Spring 2024. Not fined or filtered, with a low dose of sulfur.

Antoine Delaunay
Antoine Delaunay, son and grandson of Muscadet winegrowers, is a 36-year-old winemaker, now at the head of the Delaunay Vignerons estate.
