100% Fié Gris (another name for Sauvignon Gris, found in Muscadet), from organically grown vines that were harvested by hand. Vinification: direct pressing, settling, fermentation in vats and 18 months of aging in these same vats, bottled at the estate in Spring 2024. Unfined, unfiltered, low sulfur dosage.

Antoine Delaunay
Antoine Delaunay, son and grandson of Muscadet winegrowers, is a 36-year-old winemaker, now at the head of the Delaunay Vignerons estate.
