100% Fié Gris (another name for Sauvignon Gris, found in Muscadet), from organically grown vines that were harvested by hand. Vinification: direct pressing, settling, fermentation in vats and 18 months of aging in these same vats, bottled at the estate in Spring 2023. Unfined, unfiltered, low sulfur dosage.
